Waist-to-Hip Ratio—
    How WHR is calculated
WHR is your waist measurement divided by your hip measurement. It shows if you carry too much fat around your belly.
      Formula:
Health risk levels:
Men: Low risk (<0.90), Moderate (0.90-0.99), High (≥1.0)
Women: Low risk (<0.80), Moderate (0.80-0.84), High (≥0.85)
WHR = Waist circumference ÷ Hip circumferenceHealth risk levels:
Men: Low risk (<0.90), Moderate (0.90-0.99), High (≥1.0)
Women: Low risk (<0.80), Moderate (0.80-0.84), High (≥0.85)
High WHR means more belly fat, which increases risk of heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.
